why are the search results different if a "s" is added?

I have been testing my price tapestry install and realized I get different results with the same word with or without an "s" at the end

I have tested "sweater" and "sweaters"
"Sweater" produced 100's of results
"Sweaters" produced no results

How can I fix this?

Hi,

This subject is called "stemming". There is a simple mod that will make Price Tapestry search for singular version of any word that ends in an "S" - details in this thread...
