How well does this script handle feeds from Commission Junction? More specifically, does it separate products into categories based on the "ADVERTISERCATEGORY" column in the CJ feed. Can the entire process of downloading the feed from CJ's FTP site, processing and importing into MySQL be automated?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

There are plenty of Price Tapestry users working with Commission Junction feeds - and don't forget that you can test any feed that you are considering using with the script using the Magic Parser online demo:

There shouldn't be any problem with regards the ADVERTISERCATEGORY column being registered as the category field, and I would imagine this is what most users are doing.
