affiliate window auto down load

Hi David,

Am trying to auto download feed like I do with tradedouble feeds but am not sure how to set up this URL so I only download my Merchant feeds only

http://datafeeds.productserve.com/datafeed_products.php?user=user&password=password&mid=[1,3,...n]&format=[CSV|XML]&compression=zip&delimiter=[COMMA|PIPE|TAB]&dtd=[1.0|1.2]

Hi Robert,

I've replaced your username and password with "username" and "password" in the Affiliate Window URL.

To get the URL for a specific merchant's feed in the XML format (recommended), use the following:

http://datafeeds.productserve.com/datafeed_products.php?user=user&password=password&mid=MID&format=XML

You can find the MID for each merchant if you login to Affiliate Window, click on "Datafeed", and then you can
see the merchant ID in the first column.

I done that but I get this message "Not authorised to use datafeeds. Please contact support via the ticket system.
" Do you know if I need to activate data feed downloads ??

Hi Robert,

I know they have updated the datafeed system recently, so I would contact Affiliate Window support with the message you've just posted and they should be able to enable datafeeds for you.

Yes they have activated my feeds. Its actualy better than tradedobler ones
