Hi David,
I'm loving Price Tapestry!
On my PC, I check my pages, click on products and they are fine.
Then I went to check it on a MAC and the Prices were first on the page, then related products, and the main product was last.
Any thouhts on this and what I can do to fix it?
Mike
Hi David,
I'm using Safari on the MAC. Check www.FunkyMusicStore.com when you can and let me know what you get.
Thank you,
Mike
How did it look on your MAC?
Any CSS recommendations?
Hi Mike,
I've just checked your site on Safari on my Mac and it appears as you describe. I see that you have made quite a few modifications to the HTML, and I know that this sort of problem can arise when there are missing TABLE, TR or TD tags.
I then ran the W3C validator against your product page, and there are 20 HTML errors listed, so my advice would be to look at these errors and correct the changes you have made to the HTML until the page validates. At that point, I think you will find that it is displayed correctly in all browsers as there is nothing that is down to interpretation.
Click here for the W3C validation against your site
Hope this helps,
Cheers,
David.
Hi Mike,
This sounds like a browser / CSS issue, although it's hard to understand because the layout is so simple, everything is in it's own DIV.
I do check the site on my own Mac regularly and haven't notice this problem (Firefox & Safari). What browser are you using that is causing this?
Cheers,
David.
