Hi David. Hope you are keeping well. As usual I haven't worked on my sites for a long time! Just taking a look again at them.
I'm trying to add a new feed from Webgains. The site currently has feeds from AWin which are still running well, and correctly fetch and run them.
Setting up webgains feed using Automation Tool. Click run and it adds a .csv file to the feeds folder, but it's empty.
Using the same url in browser I downloaded to my local and there is nothing wrong with the feed.
I uploaded to server and it was fine. I clicked Run in setup and it replaced it with an empty file.
Any ideas?

With your server having been online for a long time now it may well be an https issue (where your server doesn't have the latest authority certificates required to verify the connection). There is a work-around for this in this comment which should be all it is...
