Error messages appearing- Notice: Undefined variable...

Submitted by JustinThomas on Mon, 2020-04-20 22:28 in

Hi David,

I purchased and have uploaded the Ucompare theme from Ramos Themes. I'm trying this out on a staging site to double check it's all running ok and it has thrown out a number of error messages on the pages.

Below are some of the error messages so you can see what I mean.

On the homepage many messages referring to the header:

{code saved}

I wonder if you can advise me how to resolve this?

Thanks in advance

Justin

Hello Justin,

It looks like the page is running code intended for search results pages on all pages - I'll let Ramos Themes know; in the mean time, since they are only PHP warnings the page should work ok with error reporting disabled - to do this, add the following to the end of config.advanced.php (just before the closing PHP tag)

  ini_set('display_errors','off');

Cheers,
David.

This should be resolved in the latest version of uCompare template by Ramos Themes...
