Voucher Code product results showing less than code's minimum

Hi David,
On my site, I've set up codes for one merchant where you have to spend a minimum, such as £250, before the voucher will apply. However, in the front end when you view the code and click the button to see applicable products, it's showing products in the results that are less than the vouchers minimum.
When you click through to one of these below minimum products, it's showing the correct info (either it meets the voucher code minimum of a different code and the voucher code info is visible, or there's no mention of a code because it doesn't meet any minimum).
How can I make it that these products that don't apply to that particular code's minimum price don't show up in the page of results in the first place?
