cron.php not import

Hi David.
I downloaded the latest version (13/03 or with non responsive).

I have a problem that I can not identify with the cron.php.
Before the upgarde, I like echo:

fetching mathon.csv ... [OK]

importing mathon.csv ... [100/3242]
importing mathon.csv ... [200/3242]
importing mathon.csv ... [300/3242]
importing mathon.csv ... [400/3242]
importing mathon.csv ... [500/3242]
importing mathon.csv ... [600/3242]
importing mathon.csv ... [done]

importing ft_PM_art_table.csv ... [100/2882]
importing ft_PM_art_table.csv ... [200/2882]
importing ft_PM_art_table.csv ... [300/2882]
etc ...
---

Now the cron take the first file, move to the next file and any anything ...
Like this:
---
fetching dafy-moto.csv
fetching dafy-moto.csv ... [OK]

fetching ixtem.csv
fetching ixtem.csv ... []

backfilling reviews ...
backfilling reviews ... [done]
---

I'm on all removed, erased the DB, reinstalled everything from scratch and the problem remains the same.

All sites with the previous version work.

Would you have an idea because I think I have tried everything ...
