further link like the apparels will be further divided in to two or three categories and i want to use the PT to sort these data's so please guide me as to how to get this done.
If there is any point that needs more clarification from my end then please do let me know..

Hello Saurav,
Your example template looks very straight forward to convert into a Price Tapestry template! Your example design however shows elements that would actually need to be created by modifying html/featured.php I assume the example products were intended to be Featured Products in your design.
What I would suggest would be to first get Price Tapestry installed on your test server and then following the instructions on the how to convert an existing .html design page make your html/header.php and html/footer.php with the same dummy content for your Category and Brand list in the left hand column as in your example page (apparel.php) and we'll take it from there. You have already completed step 1 with your appearel.php page; let me know if you're not sure about any of the subsequent steps and I'll point you in the right direction.
Once that is up and running; I'll show you how to create your Category and Brand menus to replace the dummy content...
Please note that Price Tapestry does not include "sub-categories" but it's straight forward to simply name categories as Apparel Cat 1 / Apparel Cat 2 / etc. (don't forget that you can use Category Mapping to convert the category data in your feeds into the category names you want to use on your site...
Cheers,
David.

Hi David,
Once again thanks for the prompt reply.
The home page data will not be using any PT data feeds that will be pulled up from a separate DB of latest products that we want to showcase.PT will only be used on the APPAREL, ELECTRONICS, BOOKS and its sub pages.
I will get started on that theme right away and will let you know when i have that done.
But still in this case we have the theme ready in a different way and once any of the products shown in the apparel page is clicked it again goes on to a dedicated pages of that product the link to that is attached below.
{link saved}
I have to acheive this at the end.
I will star the work on the theme and i will attach the files as a ZIP and send it to you once i am done so that you could get a very clear idea of what i have done till now.
I really appreciate the help that you are providing, and thanks once again for being so patient with my issues.
Have a great day ahead
Thanks & Regards
Saurav
No problem, Saurav!
If your main site is not going to be Price Tapestry powered then it would make for a nice navigation if you use the multiple installation method for each of your categories, so you will have folders like this:
/ (top level website; your own script not Price Tapestry)
/apparel/ (Price Tapestry installation, Apparel category)
/electronics/ (Price Tapestry installation, Electronics category)
So the `category` field in each of your /category/ installations effectively becomes a sub-category!
You may find you have some merchants who are only for a specific /category/ installation, so you simply upload their feed to that /category/ installation; but others who are applicable to more than one, so you could simply upload their feed to multiple /category/ installations and then use Filters (Drop Record If Not RegExp is common solution for this) to only import the feed categories from that merchant that you want in that particular /category/ installation.
Let me know once you've got your custom template up and running and we'll take it from there...
Cheers,
David.

Hello Saurav and welcome to the forum!
Having registered and imported your first feed before making changes to your theme to accommodate your custom changes first make sure that everything is working as expected and that you can search and view products, and the Visit Store links take you through to the merchant's websites.
Then it's very easy to take any existing HTML design and construct the Price Tapestry html/header.php and html/footer.php files required to turn your design into a template. Full details are on this page, and if you're not sure at all about any of the steps just let me know!
Cheers,
David.
