Without any kind of delimitation in the description that would almost impossible to do i'm afraid. If there were, e.g. the features were comma or some other character separated then it would be straight forward to use a series of Search and Replace filters to construct the list HTML. but as it is I'm afraid there wouldn't be any way to make the conversion...
