Image import into db

Is it going to be possible once the feeds are impoted to grab the images and store them on the DB.

Reason I ask is that by calling the images from the merchant site things can slow down alot.

Also if the images were local then it will be easyer to watermark/thumbnail the images to prevent the site being "broken" by over sized images.

That is possible, but image storage and manipulation within a database is a complex topic and way beyond the scope of this script or anything that I am able to provide support for through this forum.

I do think that having a local image is very important otherwise the site is dependant on the merchants site and some of these are slow... very slow.
