Sometimes we don't have images displaying, we have multiple options in the feeds for selcting the image, either the merchant image or the network image.
Do you know whay sometimes they might not display?

On a similar point is there image re-sizing going on with PT itself, just uploaded new merchant

The images are very blury, we selected the "merchant image URL" in this case

Hi Stuart,
Yes - the default /html/ files do size images appropriate for where they are being displayed; for example in html/searchresults.php images to the left of each result have width='80' for a tidy vertical alignment, whereas in html/featured.php height='100' (line 11) is used for a tidy horizontal alignment.
The main product image in html/product.php is fixed to width='180' (line 7) so it might be worth experimenting with this, perhaps removing the width attribute if your design can easily accommodate images of varying sizes...

In your example link, there isn't actually any image HTML being rendered, so that would indicate that the field registered as the Image URL for that feed doesn't necessarily have an image URL for every product. Perhaps in that case try the alternative option which may have more images, otherwise in most cases I think you find that network and merchant images are normally the same (although one may give you more size options of course, in which case I normally suggest using the one that is closest to 180 pixels in width as that is the width used on the product page in the distribution version of html/product.php...
