Connected and authentication but file transfer failed

after a server change (I migrated into a vps) I cannot transfer files through ftpiggy.
Not changed username, password, folders (it's chmoded 777) but the transfer does not work anymore.

Any suggestion?

Hi,

Within FTPiggy, please could you go to "My Destinations", and then select "Tech Support" alongside the destination that is no longer working and then on the next page just click "Submit" - this will send me a link to your destination and i'll check it out for you...

Hi,

Sorry - I fixed your destination - it needed to be setup for passive mode; I replied to the tech support email which went to your gmail.com address.

I will forward the email now to your Price Tapestry registered email for you...
