Hi guys,
I 'm just trying to import the Play.com feed from buy.at - I have managed to download it through the command line using the WGET command - however when I come to import - the import just stays at 0/0 then after 10 minutes or so it just stops? I am using 1and1 for hosting. Any ideas? (by the way it's quite a large feed - 122466 products - 127Meg).

Hi Jon,
This sounds like you may have registered the wrong field as one of the required fields, and that field happens to be blank in every record - hense nothing is imported.
If you are using the Affiliate Window source, check that you have registered "PRODUCTNAME" and not just "PRODUCT" as the Product Name field.
