I imported the AdvancedMP3Players.xml of the demo site. Products are shown well, but realted products are not shown as the demo site.

I imported category field(MasterCategory) from the advancedMp3Player.xml and in the database, I can see the similar category values of different products.
but it didnt show up in the search result

Featured products are selected from the whole database, not just the merchant of the main product on the page; so unless you're running exactly the same feeds it's unlikely that you would get the same related products.
Once you're up and running with the feeds you're planning to use on your live site, let me know if you're not happy with the related products selection as there are some tweaks that I can suggest that can help on particular types of niche site...

Did you import the category field? This affects the related products shown as if there is a category value then the related products are selected from the same category - so that might be it...!
