Hi David, I have tried to set up PT under a new domain name and sub directory, I have installed the product per the manual and loaded a retailer feed successfully, however when I click on the retailer name, I get file not found error messages. Any clues? I think I have reset eveything to point to the new configuration, but maybe not...! Cheers, Steve

As you have installed into a sub-directory, did you remember to set both $config_baseHREF (in config.php) and RewriteBase (in .htaccess) to the sub-directory name, for example:
$config_baseHREF = "/shopping/";RewriteBase /shopping/Cheers,
