Hello David.
I've been checking one of my pricetapestry sites ( Magazine Subscription ) and on the admin area, one merchant is showing about a thousand clicks.
Could these have been caused by search engines?
I've not had a single sale yet which leads me to think they are.
I've copied my robots/txt file below, do you reccommend changing it?
I'm guessing the clicks must have happend before I added a robots file.
Thanks again for your help!
Cheers
Mally

Hi,
Possibly a search engine, but with jump.php correctly excluded via robots.txt it should be a well behaved crawler. There is always the possibility that a scraper caused the clicks; particularly if this merchant is consistently the lowest price and therefore always the first in the price table and consequently the first jump.php on the page...
Cheers,
David.
