related.php and default.txt

Submitted by rolli1 on Thu, 2006-11-16 20:51 in

Hi David,
I now use the new PT config.php and have set the $config_useRelated to true. I now wonder where it would be the best place to include the related.php.
Also I would like to know what the default.txt does and where it is included?

Regards

Roland

Hi Roland,

If you're using related products; you should have also extracted products.php (which has code to support the related products) - and this includes html/related.php in the appropriate place. Just to clarify, the files that have changes for related products are:

config.php
products.php
html/related.php (new)

There is no file called default.txt in the distribution. Do you mean default.css? That is the basic style sheet that controls the look and feel of the site...

Cheers,
David.
