Am having a little trouble displaying some products. Some of my categories contain some of the following charcaters
-()/?'
Yesterday you helped me create categories from text which was in my product name field http://www.pricetapestry.com/node/664
Thats working out brilliantly, delighted with it.
One of the categories created from the product name field is "BRATZ?Furniture FU-2 Bed". But this won't display products because of the ? and - characters.
search.php?q=category:BRATZ%3FFurniture+FU-2++Bed:
Have tried a search and replace of the characters, replacing them with nothing and while it worked for some categories, others still won't display products.
Is this because there are 2 ++ chareacters in the above search string? If so how do i have only one +
Once I get the characters in the categories sorted out I will use category mapping to create one Bratz category.

Hi,
I'm a bit confused by this because those characters should have been stripped by the normalise function (which happens in the "Apply Standard Filters" section). Likewise, 2 spaces (indicated by the + sign) shouldn't cause a problem either.
I think i'll need to take a look at this on my test server- could you perhaps email me the URL to this feed on your server, e.g.
http://www.yoursite.com/feeds/merchant.xml
...(reply to your reg code or forum registration email) and also let me know how you've registered it then i'll make the same changes as described in the other thread and give it a go...
