Data Feed File Format Trouble

At what stage of the registration process are you having trouble? Does the feed format detect correctly and can you see the first record where you select the fields, or can you not get that far?

Do you know what format the file is in?

I am having trouble at step 1. The feed format does not detect correctly and I can't see the first record.

The file format extension is .txt

Any thoughts?

Have you tried manually selecting the feed format (if you know it) from the drop down box?

The most common one that does not auto-detect correctly is semi-colon separated, so it may be worth trying those.

If your site is not online can you give me a link to the feed; or zip it up and email it to me?
