The URL to your sitemap is not what you posted, it is:
http://www.queenofcheap.com/sitemap.php
..which is working fine. That is what you need to submit to Google...
Remember that this file just generates a Sitemap Index. Google will then request the individual sitemap files which contain all the products for each merchant (I would not recommend openning these in a browser!)
