if i click on "Kategorie" (category) and i chose one category, i cant change the site. As an example: If i click on page 6, i get back to the overview category.
If I don't click on the category but select the category via the dropdown window, then it works.

It looks like your html/navigation.php is not explicitly linking to search.php. If you edit that file, search for all instances of:
?q=
...and prefix with search.php so you have:
search.php?q=
...that should be all it is.
