I saw from your other post that you were trying to set up automatic product mapping by unique ID (I think using an EAN number from your feeds), if you are still having problems getting that working please let me know and I'll help you out further.
Manually, you can use Product Mapping to get products with different names to compare by choosing the actual name you want to use on your site and then mapping any different names from your feeds to that name. Don't forget that the changes are applied at import time so once you have created a mapping you will need to re-import all affected feeds for it to take effect...
