When I try to download an up to date / recent version of the scripts I get the error:
"Invalid registration code"
Not sure what I can do :(

I'm coming back to PT after many years away. I was trying to download the latest version, but I'm getting the same error as above. I'm using an email address I have access to, but not the one I originally signed up with.

The email address used on the download form has to be the one used when making the purchase as they are linked (you don't need access to the address) however as noted the code generation has changed from when you made your purchase so if you would like to drop me an email with the code you are currently using I'll re-issue one for you...

The registration code system has changed slightly since you made your purchase (11 years ago!). Do you still have access to the email address associated with your registration code? If not, if you could update the email address in your support forum profile and let me know when you have done so I will then issue a new code to that address for you.
