New Filter: Drop record if price less than

Hi David. I have been searching nto the forum, and I didn't find this filter. I am pretty sure that you have coded it several months ago.

I have a merchant which usually have error in their prices. I want to discard all of their items when are below 10. How can I get a filter for this task?
