Add description to Global filter

Hi David,

How can you add a description to the global filters so you know what it's doing without having to go back into configure.

It would be handy to have a column in the table on Admin Filters (Global) page so you could see a short description against each filter so you know what it's doing.

e.g.

Search and Replace / ↑ / ↓ / Configure / Delete / Product Name / Description: Changes Samsung Product name to Caps
