I see from viewing the source of your site that you have moved the Foundation JavaScript / CSS includes into the footer, however they have been inserted _after_ this section;
<script>
$(document).foundation();
</script>
...which means that the foundation() initialisation function would not be executed, which should be all it is.
Also note that the moved code appears to be outside of the closing </body> element which whilst most browsers will not really have a problem with does mean that it is breaks the validation of the markup - I would move them above the code shown above and everything should then be OK...
