If you are using Image Caching it is possible that your PHP installation is not configured to be able to access https URLs, however I just tried the link in your post, and it works fine over standard http, so to check if this is the case, you could add a Search and Replace filter to the Image URL field for this feed to Search for "https" and Replace with "http". Re-import the feed and then check if that has done the trick...
