Automatic Tool imports no products

Hi,

I have just upgraded a very old version of PriceTapestry with the latest one as the server had a MySQL upgrade to 5.6 which caused errors on the old version.

Using the new Automatic import tool to get affiliate window feeds I can successfully download the feed and register the merchant ok. Sample data is showing ok and the file size shows that there is plenty of data in there.

However, when look at the Feed Management to import the data it shows that there are 0 products.

Please can you help.

Hi Simon,

Double check that the correct fields are mapped for the required fields - Product Name and Price - in particular price, if the actual price field is an XML child element of <price> it may be just PRICE that has been auto-selected instead of PRICE/BUYNOW for example - that should be all it is...

I have double checked the fields and they are ok.
