We have just noticed a lot of log warnings for this line (97) in voucher_feeds_register_step3.php

The site is config_charset utf-8, the voucher feeds producing the warnings are AW and WG. I have tried removing $config_charset from above which did work, but i'm not sure whether it right to do or not.
Any ideas?

Hi Chris,
Please could you email me (zipped if possible) the "aw_network.csv" file that is causing this warning and I'll check it out on my test server. I don't think it's feed related but something PHP internal but I can check that with a copy of the same data...
