In Product Mapping some character problem.If alternate name contains ( & and | ) character than its no match at time of feed import .
Example :
Assume Nokia Asha 302 Black & White is alternate of Nokia Asha 302 and its added in Product mappping but at time of feed import it is does not match ...also this name goes to unmapped ...Can you tell me what is actual problem ?

I am looking into this, it is most likely because the & is actually entity encoded in the product name and this gets "lost in translation" as it comes across from the helper tool. It's a deeper issue than it seems because of how HTML text areas work.
In the mean time, if you could enter that mapping as a keyword match (no "=" sign at the beginning) so that particular alternative entry would be just:
Nokia Asha 302 Black White...that will then match, and by removing only non word characters (which are removed by normalisation anyway) it won't trigger against anything other than that exact product.
