Hay i get my feeds from affiliate window if i just generate one large csv file for all my merchants will this affect my search engine ranking and any other seo issues?
Not at all!! However you structure your feeds (single feed with multiple merchants, single feed per merhcant, etc.) - how it appears at the front end will be identical so there is no seo positive or negative whatsoever in terms of how you choose to structure / source your feeds.
