I plan to insert 30 custom fields for mobile specification like OS,Processor,Display,Camera etc........So can be affect performance of hosting server If I add 30 Fields on Database ?? ....can affect to feed import time ??

There shouldn't be any problem - as it's niche your table isn't going to be too large anyway.
