I see that you have some custom content in your html/footer.php that has been added for statistics gathering / tracking that relies on the PHP cURL library. The fact that you are seeing "Call to undefined function curl_init()" means that the cURL library is not installed in your PHP installation. What I would suggest is contacting your host to ask if php-curl can be added so that you can use your custom code that relies on it - that would be the first thing to do.
Regarding feeds not importing; for a product to be imported it must have valid Name, Buy URL and Price fields. The most common reason for zero products being imported is an incorrect field mapping on Feed Registration Step 2. When registering a feed, check that each field that you map using the drop-down boxes is showing valid content in the sample product record that is shown below the form.
If all looks OK; if you could let me know the URL of your installation and the filename of one of your feeds that is not importing (I'll remove before publishing your reply) I'll download it from your /feeds/ folder to my test server and check it out for you...
Hello zlomennypez and welcome to the forum!
The problems are almost certainly un-related.
