Featured Items with Apostrophe not working

If I add items to my featured list that have for example 's in them none will show up. Is there a way to correct this issue?

Hi Tommy,

If you go back into Featured Products after adding them, have the product names with apostrophe's had extra backslash characters inserted?

The script uses PHP's get_magic_quotes_runtime() function to determine whether to strip slashes but in certain configuration this function appears to return the opposite of the setting; in which case please see the solution in this post which should do the trick...
