ERROR: MAXIMUM FILE SIZE EXCEEDED

Submitted by rolli1 on Mon, 2011-12-05 10:26 in

Hi David,
I use the data automation script very successfully. Now, for the first time I get the following error message when using the script:

ERROR: MAXIMUM FILE SIZE EXCEEDED

I never got this before.
What error could this be?

Regards

Roland

Hi Roland,

I'm not familiar with that error message as part of the script or automation tool - it's something that can apply to PHP's HTTP POST / file upload functionality. Can you describe what page and/or what actions lead up to seeing this error?

Cheers,
David.

Hi David,
the error message is part of one of the jobs ( my jobs ) concerning the FTP-automation. I additionally realize that in the edit page the url information ( where to download and unzip and after that upload the feed ) is deleted although I saved it. This happened everytime, when I run the job.
All other jobs are working properly.

Regards

Roland

Hi Roland,

It sounds like it may be a function of the FTP client being called by your automation script. Could you email me the script (job) you are running when the error happens and I'll check it out...

Cheers,
David.
