I'm using the newest 12/10B and try to import a feed but from this feed only one product gets imported.
Other feeds have more products imported so I guess it's a problem with the feed. I use the zero downtime mod.

I notice that the feed auto-detects incorrectly, as:
xml|M4N/DATA/RECORD/COLUMN/...if you change that to:
xml|M4N/DATA/RECORD/...on Feed Registration Step 1, then you should see the correct field names to register on Feed Registration Step 2.
Make sure to select the one containing the actual data rather than the column name, so for example the correct field for Product Name is COLUMN@1. Looking at the sample data, I think the full registration should be as follows:
Product Name: COLUMN@1
Description: COLUMN@2
Image URL: COLUMN@4
Buy URL: COLUMN
Price: COLUMN@5
Category: COLUMN@6
Brand: COLUMN@13
