Hi David,
Just been importing a batch of new feeds into my Price Tapestry site and I'm getting the following error message on each import:
400 Bad Request
It looks like the feeds ARE being imported but I was a little concerned that I'm getting errors/warnings. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?
Thanks,
Neil
Hi Neil,
Check that the feed filenames don't contain any extended character set characters (e.g. trademark symbols, that sort of thing), as when I have come across this server error before it has been down to a mis-configuration of mod_security on the web server, resulting in it not liking the %[code] representation of those characters in the URL.
Having said that it, I would have expected the same server error when clicking Register if that were the case, and also it should not have executed the import script, but it sounds like the script is being executed.
If that doesn't seem to be it; is the 400 Bad Request occurring immediately as you click Import (or Register and [Trial] Import), or does it happen when the import finishes and tries to redirect you back to the Admin home page?
Cheers,
David.
