i added new fields in the pricetapestry and everything is working fine, but i have one tiny problem, i need one field to have only text area like the optional fields (brand,category).. is that possible? thnx..

Yes this is easy to do but there a quite a few changes! Can you email me your:
config.advanced.php
includes/admin.php
admin/feed_register_step2.php
...and the name of the field that you want a text area for and I'll add that for you...
