Showing merchant logo on prices table even when product is not in their feed

Hi David,

Hope my subject explains what I'm looking for. Remember seeing this before on the forum, but can't locate it in search. Would like to list all merchants in the prices table on the product page, even if they don't have that product in their feed. These merchants would then appear at the bottom of the list. Can you point me in the right direction.
