Can't find featuredExternal.php file

Hello,
I'm looking for the featuredExternal.php plugin but I dont find it anywhere. The few links I foud are 404 error. Could you give me link to this file to display featured product on an external blog (not wordpress).

Apologies for the inconvenience - I am tidying the forum up over the course of the next few weeks to make it a lot easier for new users to find help / mods etc as it has grown quite large over the years.

Argh it seem it only work with 11/09A version and I have the older one. Is there a post explainig which files need to be upgrades? Because I have made somme changes so I cant just erase files.
