convert all names to lower case on import

Hi David, is it possible to have all the imported product names changed to lowercase regardless. When I import, some product names are capitalised, some are all uppercase and others are all lowercase. So I just want to reset them all to lowercase on import and then use css to do what I need. Probably just a strtolower() somewhere but don't want to mess something up.
