Hi David, after enjoying the ease of using PT with various merchant feeds and tying up with wordpress, I was wondering if it's possible to include my own products. I can easily produce xml or csv so that only leaves integrating with paypal or similar system. Do you know if anyone has done this? I really just need a few pointers.

I would recommend creating a separate eCommerce site for your own products using a package specifically designed for that purpose (although of course it can run within a sub-directory of your Price Tapestry site if you don't want to use an external domain name - it won't make any difference).
For an open source solution, look at osCommerce - which lets you setup your own shop with integration with all the major payment gateways such as PayPal.
Then all you would have to do is create your own feed as you mentioned; containing Buy URLs that link to the product pages on your own eCommerce site...
