It looks like the XML has not been downloaded properly - it appears to have the formatting that is added when you view an XML feed in a web browser, so I'm wondering if the feed may have been copied and pasted, then saved / uploaded to your site.
If this is the case, the best method if downloading the feed to a browser first is to use the "View" > "Source" menu in the web browser, and then "Save As..." from the File menu - the XML will then be as per the original and should then work properly...
If you're still not sure, feel free to email me the download URL for the XML and i'll check it out for you, as I have looked at the content that is in the feed you have uploaded so far and I'm not able to see the entire structure...
