Are all the products supposed to be in the site map (very useful for Google) or just the affiliate programs like this (not very useful for Google) Example Site map from my site. How do I switch to having all the products listed like the other price comparison engines that I use?
Thanks David
Yes - I see. Does all this go wrong if the merchant has more items than the Google sitemap limit?

Hi Mark,
It's all handled - if a merchant has more than 50,000 products there will be multiple index entries with subsequent entries including an "start" parameter in the URL...
Cheers,
David.
Thanks - I can see that now - very clever!

Hello Mark,
When you browse to sitemap.php, all you see is the sitemap index. Google will then request each of the individual sitemap URLs in that file, which will return the complete product list (as a sitemap) for each merchant!
Cheers,
David.
