Using 'search term A' I returned 3 merchants.
Knowing that the same product was in other feeds but under a different name, I used the Product Mapping facility to bring the products under one single name.
I then re-imported the feeds as instructed and whilst all the other merchants results were now included, the original 3 merchants results weren't showing!
I've re-imported these 3 feeds 3 times now but still no change.
Thoughts anyone?

They should show up on the product page, as once mapping has been applied (to bring 3 products together) there would only be 1 search result whereas there would have been 3 before. Then, when clicking through to the product page, all 3 merchants should appear in the price comparison table.
Remember that Product Mapping is case sensitive, and the names entered in the alternatives box must match exactly the names that are imported that you wish to map; the way I tend to set it up is to have 2 windows open, one showing search results where I copy and paste the product names into the alternatives box in another windows...
Let me know if it's still not behaving properly; and if there's still a problem perhaps if you could let me know the individual product URLs of products that you thought you had mapped (and access to your admin/product mapping if possible) i'll check it all out for you...
