how to include related products on a wordpress post.

hi,

given that the wordpress is on the same server and on the same cpanel account as the PT website but on a different domain.

is it possible to show a related products on a post on a wordpress engine?

For example.

a wordpress post is about

Ipod nano

"ipod nano" related post from the PT domain is shown.
