it causes error on url pages with that specific special character.

Hi atman,

This depends how it is specified in the feed. The easiest thing to do is to add a Search and Replace filter to the affected fields, searching for either "®" or "®" depending on how the trademark sign appears in the feed (either literally, or as the HTML entity); and replace with space...
