Edit template homepage

Hi All,

I just bought a template- Forest Shadows from Price Tapestry Temlates. I would like to make some modification on the homepage and don't know where to start off. Can someone please point to the right direction as how to edit the following:

1. Change the fonts of Home/Merchant/Cat/Brand to "Veranda type, size 10"
2. Add Logo to the header of the template
3. Add the contents box- welocme message with some images to the hompage below the search box
4. Edit the footer.
