CSV or XML

Hi David,

Just wondering if you have an opinion on which type of feed is more preferable, CSV or XML. Have been using CSV up until now, simply as I can open them in a spreadsheet but have being trying out XML since using your automation example script. Want to stick with one type from now on.

Hi Adrian,

I would always use XML given a choice; it's far more robust - i.e. less prone to formatting errors, and is also faster to import.
